Decent pay for the Youngstown Ohio Area.

Cons

The company is owned by a French employer that is rarely on sight. There is no loyalty to its employees. They will fire anyone in an instant. I saw many people in high up positions get fired with little to no reasoning until it was my time. The more money you start to make the bigger the target you have on your back.
