Pros

I literally cannot name one. If you work at vallourec it's cause you have no other option.

Cons

Lack of any training for new employees. Heavily taxed bonuses that amount to pennies. Management is completely clueless as to how many of the actual positions and jobs here function. Lack luster pay. HR will never return, or take a call. Too many hours. Non-union. The company doesn't value employees, they advertise as a competitive work place, however they have decided to hire people in at the wages many workers took years to earn without compensation. Incredibly high turn over.
