A lot of turnover, Plant Mgmt is Unprofessional

Flexible work schedule but that's about it.

Cons

The mgmt at the plant level is unprofessional. They rarely follow company policies and are very short sighted in their decision making process. They do not take into account other departments that are effected by their decisions. They don't treat people below them with respect. They are just a means to an end.
