Serious company, very committed and concerned with the employees. Offers a lot of stability, training, and the salary ranges are usually above the average.

Cons

Difficult to get promotions. Slow by design company. You have to hit the clock when you start and when you finish working (the good thing about that is that they pay for extra hours)
