Great people, challenging work, good benefits and competitive salaries. Management is fair. Work environment is acceptable. I would recommend friends and family to work here.

Cons

Communication confusion between departments. Unstable oil and gas market makes business fluctuate often. Management does not communicate frequently enough to stop rumors from spreading.
