      Open door policy top to bottom, values continuing education. A real desire to see employees learn and grow.

      None at this time. I have had no bad experiences. It is a job, so good days and not so good days.

      None to speak of. Working at this company will allow you to appreciate any other job. It's that bad.

      Cons

      If you like to be harassed by nasty people, this company is for you. I worked for two impudent feminists. My direct boss would hold his coffee cup inmy face and scream "When I do this to you, itmeans I am having breakfast". No pay raises.
