Large business which means many career paths are available.

Cons

They overwork frontline employees. They don’t treat employees well. They constantly lie to prospective employees during the interview process in order to get them through the door.

Lean is not there problem. poor maintence, and PM has deteriorated the equipment into a "fix and repair daily" mode.
