      Hi there, Thanks for your review. The past few years have been tough on everyone working in the hospitality industry. We are working hard to showcase the great benefits and opportunities that Valor Hospitality offers to our team members, in order to attract new team members to our hotels. We have a new Leadership in Valor course launching in April 2023 which will offer training and development for HOD's through to Ops and onto GM positions. We are very excited.

      Hi there, Communication within large businesses is key, we are investing in a new employee communication platform which will launch in March 2023 and will enable company wide communiation, inter hotel and inter department communication. We are working hard to attract new talent to the business and our learning and development opportunities will help upskill our teams to better serve our guests.
