      You have a relatively secure job.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with reality, or worse, when someone gets promoted because they did their job well, but they don't have any people skills. Budget over guest satisfaction. Unreasonable expectations for the cleaners without providing the basic tools, like hoovers that don't break down every day or 27 minutes per room. not even 30, but 27.
