      Pros

      The culture is second to none, I've been at several companies promising culture and that you come first, blah blah blah. At Valor, everyone from the CEO to each individual at hotels actually walks the walk when it comes to preserving our culture. It's beyond incredible to be a part of.

      Cons

      We are still growing, so experiencing some growing pains. Communication, work load, etc. But everyone understands that we are in fact growing and it is going to take time to build what we want to.
