Pros
Nothing great as such, normal small IT company.
Cons
2 or 3 support projects with old technology and support. HR practice is very bad, disconnected with people. I heard recently they took out a very good manager for silly reasons, without validating. senior managers are toxic and does not even have ground connect in LVMH. not able to get new projects just same repeating work. they are fooling clients also. as a fresher I liked when i joined, now I see this is not going any where, and I am afraid I will end up here with out any career progress. most of my project team have same feeling and working since there are no opportunities out side.
