      Used to be good place to work. Avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      There are a lot of great, talented people at Valtech who are experts in their field (though they are getting out. See comment below).

      Cons

      Avoid avoid avoid. Things have changed for the worst in the past couple of years. Acquisition which the CEO said would lead to 2% layoffs was a gross underestimate, and has tanked employee satisfaction. Business is doing bad. Leadership is not fit to help it grow. The good people have left or are actively looking to get out.
