      The day to day projects accounts and teams you work with are great

      Cons

      Literally everything else. Tone deaf SLTs brag about new work won an hour after emailing staff saying there's virtually no money for pay reviews. Benefits stripped, no training Pay reviews cancelled/ way below inflation Culture none existent Constant redundancies Tools not fit for purpose for project delivery
