This company is a perfect example of what a company should not be. Production support sfcc project which they will never mention in the interview. - never a 9hr day. Always have to work 12-14 hours every day. - they will treat you like slaves - even if you take sick leave, your manager will call you for some pending tasks - they go to any extent to please their client. No business values at all - they have become emotionless about the employees - they don't follow agile or anything. - escalating to hr is of no use. You'll feel like they don't care - in Bangalore office, public holidays are also less - management will not care at all about your health. Will make you work like robots
