- Company culture is on a high level. - Very kind managers and people partners, always enjoy talking with them. - Competitive compensation. - Professional coworkers with a lot of experience. - Sometimes we receive recognition gifts for mentoring and other activities inside of the company. - Helped employees relocate to a safe place at the beginning of Russian aggression.
Cons
- Mobile team is not very big, in relation to the company size, but contains professionals with a lot of experience. - It is not entirely clear how to grow above the senior role.
