Pros

Awesome team, engaging projects, fully paid bench, generous vacation and sick leave policy, modern equipment (MacBooks), cool offices, and regular offline events. Teams are made up of skilled professionals, and there’s no fluff, just real, meaningful projects that make you grow.

Cons

Benefits are gradually being reduced. As of early 2026, there are other companies on the market with more competitive benefit packages. Sometimes employees are hired at one grade but end up working in a higher-grade role on client projects. For example, someone might be hired as a middle-level developer, but on the project, they’re presented to the client as a senior and expected to handle everything that comes with that role. The client is billed accordingly, but the developer still receives compensation based on their original middle-grade contract, even though their market value as a senior is clearly higher. On the flip side, it’s also a fast track to gaining real senior-level experience. That said, when you’re not getting paid like a senior, it’s pretty hard to feel fully accountable, if you slip up here and there, well, you’re still just a middle on paper)))
