The company has been managed really bad the last two years, loosing most of the company culture it used to appreciated for. A veritable hit squad management team was brought in early 2022 which started to dismantle the culture to the point that the owners had to let them go by late 2023 and management was handed over to the danish office - with obvious lack of involvement. Since then there are some core people still around that are really working hard (and struggling) with rebuilding the culture in the midst of the general downturn.
