      Pros

      Valtech does have a culture, great employees, great projects. they provide mentoring Work-life balance, allow working from home

      Cons

      they hire recklessly and then fire the team recklessly as well, you can think you have a stable job and then in the next day you have nothing. they claim you could move from office to another place but thats hard to happen
