Pros

Good PTO, decent benefits, some great people on individual teams.

Cons

Poor leadership at C-Suite level as well as middle management, and sharp decline in company culture.

Pros

They don't really pay attention to what you are doing. Most employees don't actually work on Fridays so expect a lazy culture. Also, it does have a very good, recognizable brand most folk's trust.

Cons

Laid off a bunch of folks right before Christmas with no warning. They talked about a reorg but very hum by management. They are "leaders" who rarely lead. They sit in office and hardly interact with most folks in the field. They canceled a national meeting without actually telling anyone, they hid behind their managers in the field. This place is a joke, lack of accountability and too many people bragging about what they did years ago.
