      Very flexible schedule to work with my school schedule Above average pay for the area

      Cons

      Very hot in the summers and cold in winters Depending on your manager your store can push you to sell additional services You don't need car experience to work here, which may be nice for some but can also cause problems without proper etiquette Other than advancing positions in the service center, it's hard to navigate a career with the corporation as they only push being promoted in the service center and no other roles within the company.

      Pros

      Starting pay, insurance, 401k, and quick promotions...If you have nothing in your future, they will train and groom you for a future in legal slavery.

      Cons

      Long days in the temperatures to the point you feel like passing out, but it's OK, they will send a popsicle to rescue you. You will not get great pay,but you can work all the hours you want when staffing becomes an issue. Employees call off all the time ,so you can come in all the time to save the location and it's customers.Administrative managers are a huge problem for this company. Every company mission statement that they make you memorize, they DO NOT practice at all. This company realizes they don't pay their people enough for the work but still don't care and do not want to hear about it.
