Pros
You meet lots of people through high employee turnover and customer volume so other opportunities can easily turn up if you're good with people. Also if you're a total bootlicker with no other aspirations you can easily manage your own store with a little work ethic.
Cons
Covered in cancerous hazmat, usual dead-end pay expected from entry level corporation work, constantly explaining to customers that prices are not your decision because it's extremely overpriced and only going up. Sexist in nature, if you don't like screwing over people who don't possess automotive knowledge, this isn't for you.
