      Pros

      Good to gain entry level knowledge of cars (oil changes, tire rotation, transmission fluid change, use of machines like evac pumps and ac rechargers) Gain sales experience by recommending service to customers based on existing condition and scheduled maintenance Great job compared to other retail because you can climb store hierarchy quickly

      Cons

      Conditions can be pretty bad in the pit during summers very hot, dirty, and sweaty during the summers especially there was not a lot of downtime and would be work for hours on end till close.

      Longggg days 7:30-7pm most days. Constant pressure to sell sell sell. Unreachable goals. Constant threats to demote or fire you for not up selling aggressively.

      Pros

      Co workers are cool if you got the right crew and the right manager Fast paced and non stop Scheduled til 6:30 the latest Second chance company (one felony, they look the other way)

      Cons

      Honestly, there is no such such thing as an employee, you are their slave. Terrible pay, terrible HR, employees are treated like trash. They only car about themselves and their money. Assistant store manager, maybe 12 an hour if you have a great manager. And it takes A LOT of work to get therw. Typically the store manager makes you his job while he sits around.
