Good culture and community. In tech work tends to be laid back minus some periods of deadlines/stress throughout the year.

Cons

Advancement is very slow and there is lots of corporate culture things. Pay is not as competitive.

The work is very easy.

Cons

You will lack inspiration. There won't be many people to motivate you technically. Collaboration is very low. There is no real planning. Management is very reactive. There will be many times you will work towards something and see no real impact.
