Pros

Vanguard treats its employees with respect. Most of the employees were very friendly. I never observed any employees being pressured or harassed. It made for a very good place to work.

Cons

There was a complete lack of training in my area and no resources to aid in figuring out problems. It was very very difficult to get a raise and as a result, many employees left for other jobs while I was there.

Good employee benefits, an open, friendly culture. Into developing its employees with excellent training opportunities.

Cons

So many layoffs over the years have left many employees feeling extremely insecure. Low paying.
