Pros

We just implemented a new schedule that allows us to work 3.5 days a week and have 3.5 days a week off.

Cons

The 3.5 days a week schedule only lasted one weekend and now we are on mandatory overtime. We have to work 12hrs a day with only one lunch break and one 15min break.

Pros

Vanguard is an excellent company to ork for with great growth. The pay is comparable for my position with other companies in the area or better.

Cons

I can not say anthing that is negitive about the company. I have been trained to do my specific job and really enjoy coming to work here.
