Great work culture. Many opportunities for learning and improvement. Can switch teams internally without much hassle. Dedicated Learning days.

Cons

Somewhat competitive in the fintech space, but overall not as great as many many other positions in the market.

Pros

Very accommodating during the pandemic Seems like they are making a genuine and significant effort to modernize in terms of tech, practices, organization Good developer community, a lot of collaboration Really good lateral mobility, they're very willing to work with good employees to find the best fit

Cons

Really depends on your group, manager, etc I guess. The only cons I've experienced at Vanguard were specific to my situation (starting on a brand-new team 2 weeks before the initial lockdown, on-boarding was rough)
