Good Company, Lost their identity somewhere along the way

Pros

Pay and schedule flexibility is great, especially as a retail job. No commission, which provided the opportunity for fair pay which was really nice. And the company culture from what I can remember was really great.

Cons

Once they stopped doing Heartshare regularly, the "fam" aspect they push on you feels fake.
