Pros

Working with people at Vans you know that everyone is genuine. We value authenticity and it is implemented at the work place. Whether you're part time or seasonal, everyone is treated the same.

Cons

The only downside is that outside of "busy season" there's not enough hours to give to sales associates. It is hard to sustain without having a second job unless you have a management position.
