Cons

Lack of diversity, co-workers and I experienced racism and sexism from management, no room for growth, underpaid for expectations

Pros

Fun work environment and clientele. On average there are significantly less problematic customers than other retailers. Employee discount is great too. Opportunities are there for promotions.

Cons

Similar problems to other retailers. Corporate doesn't seem to have a grasp on the real world and can be pushy with certain KPIs.
