Pros

Always working with chill people including managers. Managers always wanted employees to promote and succeed, Everyone is super helpful and it really did feel like a small family. Pay is decent for retail work. Easy to get time off.

Cons

Hours weren't too great due to low store traffic. Extremely slow days led to tedious work. Because it was a mall location the mall hours differed and caused some slight problems, Bad customers but not too many. Unexpected layoffs.

Great customers, fun environment! Retail with an actual work life balance, great benefits and employee discount at all VF brands. Company that cares about you and your development. Promotion potential.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a lot to juggle but it’s all about how you handle a challenge, if you’re not afraid of putting the work in, there really are no cons. None that every other company out there doesn’t have anyway.
