      - Talent quality is unparalleled. High expectations, but humble and sharp leadership all the way to the top. - Business is doing exceptionally well - There's little red tape, so you can have a lot of impact at any level

      - It's a startup, so you need to be driven and entrepreneurial to succeed. - Sometimes we take ourselves a bit too seriously

      Pros

      Great leaders that are actually approachable and act like human beings, fun problems to solve, strong investors, surrounded by some of the brightest and most talented individuals I have ever worked with here. The product is the best in the industry, and we are growing like crazy. Starting to feel like we are very well staffed as well with enough people to do the job. Competitive pay, and stock that looks like it has a good shot to go somewhere. Good benefits. I love this place.

      Cons

      There really aren't a ton at this point. Used to feel like my team was understaffed to do the job but this is no longer an issue. You definitely need to be willing to put in the hours here but it is nothing unreasonable. I'd still say not a good place for those that just want to rest and vest. The one place on the benefits side I think could use some improvement is a better 401k match, we at least have some sort of match at the moment. We still have room to improve the product itself in the upmarket and enterprise space, but we have made the investment here and we will be best in class there very soon!

      Pros

      * Genuinely kind and caring people, from leadership on down * Fast paced work, with strong respect for life outside of work (rarely work nights, never work weekends) * High caliber colleagues * While product takes lead, engineering and design are empowered * Transparent about company performance * Very low politics, honestly none in the engineering/product/design realm * Challenging, interesting problems * High ownership culture * Generally, well run and well lead

      Cons

      * While teams are very open to collaborating, work tends to be rather siloed within teams and then orgs * There is a lot happening at once, so your plate will be full and you need to be good at prioritizing
