Business Outlook
Pros
Vanta is growing quickly but it remains an excellent place to work. We have more than doubled in size in my time here, but it still feels like a very small company. The executives are very visible, easy to reach, and open for communication. The benefits are incredible -- better than many large corporations offer. 401k match! The people are friendly, motivated, and competent. I've really enjoyed my experience here.
Cons
There are some minor growing pains, as to be expected. For example, sometimes it takes longer than I would prefer for projects to be completed since people have so much on their plates.
