      Pros

      Customers love this product and what it can do for their business. The pace a which the EDP team team ship feature developments is second to none, 9/10 a customer see's the difference in a trial and safely positions Vanta above the copycats trying desperately to win a logo based on price.

      Cons

      There's no denying the fact that the opportunity ahead of Vanta comes with pressure, keeping up with the pace of this environment is tough but it can be exciting for the right people.

      Pros

      - Vanta is the true market leader with an insane product market fit (even in 2023 and the tech downturn) - Great place to make significant money if you put the hours - Great product velocity and strong EPD team that releases new integrations/features every week - Big shout out to our CEO who is super down to earth, very accessible and always willing to help.

      Cons

      - Poor work-life balance : impossible to be successful if you don't put the hours (hard to take days off if you want to hit your monthly quota) so get ready to work A LOT (and be stressed most of the time) - Career growth can be unclear, no one knows what needs to be done to go to the next level which can create a lot of frustration
