      Worklife Balance, WFH, Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Laid me off while I was out for a procedure. While I was trying to get well, they were calling me to tell me my position was eliminated. I would have never thought they do their employees like that, I was very shocked and disappointed.

      Good company, solid vision

      Pros

      generally good management at team level. worked with an extraordinary group of professionals and the company drives work that does give back to the world. management commitment to continuing edu, training and advancement. great benefits, pre Advent International buy out.

      Cons

      executive leadership vision was muddled regarding clear decision making for significant program success. too much 'trial and error' to develop needed workflows, wasted effort and budget.
