Pros

Cool LOOKING HQ building, but it's mostly empty and smells like the fried food in the cafe that is right in the center of the building.

Cons

Corporate bulimia at its finest - layoffs while job openings overlapped. There's no sense of company wide culture or identity - your day to day experience is totally determined by the individual team you are on and how heroic your direct manager is. Private equity ownership removed any remaining sense of stability or long term career options; there's always the feeling that another RIF is coming.

Pros

Flexible work environment Great people at the team level

Cons

Executive leadership has created a toxic work environment where employees fear for their job daily due to stealthy layoffs, unclear direction, and delusional expectations. Job performance doesnt matter, you could always be in the next layoff.

Vantor Review for Technicsl Staff

Pros

Vantor is a wonderful place to work because of its high valuation of technical staff by management and corporate leadership.

Cons

What can be hard is meeting, fitting in with or even understanding the sprint agile frameworking of the government contracts. I see agile as hurting not helping people team better nor innovate with technology in the near future.
