      Solid company dealing with new VC owners who don't fully understand the business

      Pros

      Great work-life balance, good pay, great PTO, the best healthcare, cool work. lots of free snacks

      Cons

      VC doesnt undersntand buissness, and needs to exit quicker, new ceo hasnt adapted to the company well and majority of employees haven't gained confidence in him yet. Culture and values used to be one of the best things about the company but new leadership got rid of them and hasn't really driven a successful replacement leaving teammates to use old values as a way of "rebelling"

      Company trying to find its footing

      Excellent technical team. Engineers are intelligent and the environment is collaborative.

      Cons

      The company is unprofitable and not winning new work. The company has failed to secure strategic partnerships to offer newer digital processor technology. It's been acquired by a private investment company and Maxar's future is uncertain.
