Disorganization in senior management, Years long delay in launching next gen imaging satellite. Recent PE acquisition makes life there very uncertain.

Flexible time off is awesome, people you work with day-to-day are great.

Cons

Classic large company corporate culture. Dishonest and shallow communication from C-Suite, managers have hands tied by larger policies across the company, you're just a number.
