      Cool projects but slow career growth and low pay

      Some cool projects and overall mission. Work schedule varies between demanding and relaxed. Unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Very slow career progression. They would hire externally instead of promoting within. Low pay by industry standards.

      Pros

      Vantor is a great place if you like working somewhere that moves fast and actually gets things done. The culture is super ambitious, but in a good way — people want to build cool things and make real progress. Leaders are also really open to new ideas, no matter where they come from, which makes it easy to speak up and solve problems. If you enjoy ownership and working with people who take action, it’s a solid place to be.

      Cons

      The company moves fast, which is great, but it also means people aren’t always on the same page. There are still a lot of legacy employees who don’t want to change, learn new tools, and waste time complaining about everything - it can get frustrating. The world is changing quickly, and if you can’t keep up, it might not be the right place.

      Pros

      Everyday is different. Any plans for the day that you made just throw them out the window. The people are skilled, knowledgeable, professional and at times have time to discuss issues.
