      A company headed in the right direction after a lot of change

      Pros

      Mission-oriented company. Smart and driven colleagues. Industry-leading technology and an exciting vision. New leadership is also re-focusing on people and transparency after a couple of years of poor communication.

      Cons

      Our recent sale to private equity created a lot of chaos and change in the early days of the transaction. We're still coming out of that moment, but the new leadership is trying to do the right things, improving transparency and slowly investing in people/culture initiatives. They've had one or two communications blips along the way, but they seem to be trying hard. Teams are now on the leaner side, too, so you have to prepared to prioritize and manage up to keep the work moving. If you're comfortable in that environment, it can create some unique opportunities for growth, but you have to be ready to take a more hands-on approach to maintain a work/life balance.
