      First 90 days at Maxar

      Pros

      The onboarding process a Maxar was pretty seamless. The communication between the hiring manager and HR was excellent. I found them very accommodating and willing to work with my schedule. Once onboard, there was clear communication on expectations and priorities. Everyone was responsive and professional.

      Cons

      Candidly, I do not have any specific examples of downsides that I have experienced.

      Overall a great fit if it's a great fit

      Pros

      Really smart people, passionate about their purpose and the industry. I've had the most supportive manager of my career here at this company. Challenging problems to solve. Can be very rewarding.

      Cons

      Constant change, not oozing with trust between leadership and teams, inconsistent management practices across the company. Currently owned by private equity and future is uncertain though things feel more stable than they have in years.
