      - Quick onboarding process, was able to hit the ground running - Friendly management and teammates - Highly skilled team - Compelling project - Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      - In-office a few times a week required, but management is flexible on this (not really a con, but unable to come up with anything here)

      Good people, poor systems

      Pros

      Professional and knowledgeable people, Flexible PTO (for real). Separate office space. Gym and free snacks.

      Cons

      Outdated, huge software systems that sprawl endlessly and lack documentation. Lack of effective supervision, lack of professional development, no promotions.

      Unlimited FTO. Flexible Hours. Benefits.

      Cons

      Management is extremely inconsistent, they will focus on certain teams that are high performers, and will ensure those teams have everything they need, but will let other teams fall by the wayside, not actually getting anything done, with no direction. The number of times I've heard people reporting to other managers, where they were completely false, is too high.
