Pros

1. Technology Driven 2. Very Focused and huge marketing team who are very well synced in with organizational Goals 3. Dedicated team of Recruiters who are self-motivated & Creative 4. Very professional approach towards their employees 5. Excellent Work Environment.

Cons

Some-time it gets over-whelming when opportunity comes from all 8 directions.

Yes, as you suggested we are always in hunt for more challenges and good employee such as yourself who give honest and genuine feedback to us. We worked on your suggestion and we have aggressively hired 14 College Graduates from different domains of Engineering and Science to help us out in some of our In-House projects with our Tier1 vendors

Placement was good but salary was really bad

Pros

Training and placement was really good initially.

Cons

Salary was not good compared to the job I had as a contractor (working for their client). Probably they had a management reshuffle and this directly affected my salary. This happened between 2007-2010. This consultancy was really good in the initial days but then it completely deteriorated. I have no idea how they are doing these days. Hopefully they must've improved. I'm not sure.
