Pros

I started with this company as OPT candidate after burning my hands with other Consulting Companies who are into same business. After working as a consultant for this company a little over 3 years from now I cannot resist by saying the following about my company Excellent pay, Well respected teams by client for delivery excellence, Excellent cliental relationship with company, Reputed pool of leaders to take up new responsibilities, fair in treating all irrespective of race and ethnic Will provide Opportunity, great learning environment, great technology, company culture promotes meritocracy, there are lots of training if one choose to have. Talent management is greats.

Cons

So Far I haven't had any of them. All Promises are kept so far

1. Technology Driven 2. Very Focused and huge marketing team who are very well synced in with organizational Goals 3. Dedicated team of Recruiters who are self-motivated & Creative 4. Very professional approach towards their employees 5. Excellent Work Environment.

Cons

Some-time it gets over-whelming when opportunity comes from all 8 directions.

We worked on your suggestion and we have aggressively hired 14 College Graduates from different domains of Engineering and Science to help us out in some of our In-House projects with our Tier1 vendors

Pros

Joined recently as a Java Consultant a month ago. Excellent training program with trainers working in corporate's for past 20 years. They give us live examples and scenarios that they come across during their projects. 100% delivery of their promises and now I am starting with their in-house project for 6 months where I will be given a chance to get my hands on experience, on all the tools that I would be using during my projects.

Cons

Being here so far and I find exceptional practice of professionalism so as per I was not able to find any cons so far EXCEPT
