Innumerable. Company is divided into manufacturing and software divisions. Manufacturing brings in money, real deal. Software fritters money away. Pune is purely software. The company sets funny goals, spends few millions on not achieving them and then uses it as an excuse to spend more millions to go out and buy companies. No proper promotional policies. Some folks are sitting like snakes on high positions not letting anyone else grow. Success depends on your group of friends because promotions depend on your ability to influence other departments and not on delivery. Worse, the companies that are bought, their ex founders are absorbed as directors or vp. They think they have arrived in the world coz they could sell their startup but in reality they are just inexperienced 20 something boys who now are given the power to belittle experienced and efficient people with no one to redress the issues. There is a huge drain of shareholders' money through dubious decisions to buy companies, whose products are mostly trashed eventually.
