Pros

I met some of the most amazing people working there

Cons

Terrible leadership. Nothing but executives who boast about how good their resume is. Terrible direction - You'll change projects about once every 2 months, right as you're gaining momentum. The work you did previously won't matter because it'll get discarded. Politics - Backstab and throw others under the bus to get promoted The company decided the best way to combat the growing economic pains was to hire a ton more executives and lay off over 40 people at the same time. They will lie and say you're a family. That's true except you're the step uncle that no one likes or invites to family gatherings. Stay away - find literally any other place to work. Recently, over 40+ people (that we know of) got let go. Their benefits ended at midnight the day they got let go and many were cut off from slack so they couldn't even have the chance to say good bye.

Pros

All of the good reasons to work here left or was fired.

Cons

Multiple firings of upper management and a mass exodus has everyone leaving. Zero communication on any decisions. People are treated unfairly and no one is happy working here. The company has engineering top management that has no EQ. Good management has been replaced by a culture of micromanaging everyone.
