Pros

1) Hassle free on-board process with immediate client side deployment. 2) Cordial and easily approachable staff 3) Transition to FTE with the client company, if you are selected, is a smooth process. 4) Salary was always credited on time.

I have worked thr'Varite for an year and almost all my interaction with HR Mr. Vimal(one man army) and was deputed to client location. Pros Single HR person takes care of any issues and request at HR end.Approachable person at any time. Have received payslips and other documents received on time Single portal to resolve Finance team is user friendly and their response is good

Cons

Salary credit might be 2nd or 3rd day of the month and will be done as per offer letter No Income tax savings plan like car allowance,Sodexo and other No meetings at Varite end on what is going on Once the contract end you will be relieved from the company immediately.
