Pay is really good. Everyone is helpful and takes responsibility for their work. New opportunities to work with a diverse client portfolio.

Cons

Employee satisfaction is low because of Micromanagement.

Have opportunity to share your Ideas. Good starting salary and increment.

Cons

Job Security. If they don't like you, you can get fired which is common with any company so you need to make your place.

I worked in Varite less than a year as a Technical Project Manager . Friendly & supportive HR' . Thanks Pushpa, Vimal and Rakesh Sharma(Finance). Salary structure is good . Overall a great experience !
