Pros

HR Team is really very supportive and interactive. Regular follow up from HR team, specially thanks to Rajan Vimal who is very polite and graceful all the time for all my queries. Quick action for all our queries like medical issues, monthly pay & for IT declaration etc . Overall the blend of HR team was overwhelming. I could definitely recommend to join this organization if you get an opportunity to work with.

Cons

I don't have any comments on this, as most of my queries was been resolved on time..

Pros

I worked for VARITE for 1.5 years as full time employee. Immediate assistance for any queries. Many thanks to Vimal, who is extremely helpful in case of any issue/query. Salary compensation is good and yearly hikes are also the best.

Pros

Since I work in the client place so there is very less interaction with Varite. The client place is too good to work and they have a good reputation with the client. In Varite the HR where we can expect answers to any query without hesitation. Special thanks to Rajan Vimal and Pushpa for all the help I could get. Whenever I needed any thing Rajan helped me in getting that instantly. He is a great person to interact with and puts lot of effort to make sure that employee does not suffer. Employee centric environment when it comes to full time employment. If anyone is thinking of joining Varite feel free to do so.
