great colleages, interesting tech, worklife balance, parties (back in the day)

Cons

incompetent yes-men with no oversight in and around top management, spread of toxic culture and decreasing company morale, mass delusion about the quality of the product, many good workers have already left, noticeable nepotism

When I started here it was a dream company.

Cons

Bad management. All the upper management cover each other. They don't care about the employees at all. They are comfortably well paid for some shiny job. So they ignore their problem. And they blame and put pressure on the people who do the most work. Bad product. It used to be the best on the market. But their most recent product doesn't even fully function. Everything that's said here on this page is true. Please don't waste your time and energy on this company. If you are interested in this company you are probably a very well-educated engineer. You'll find something else. This is NOT your dream company.
