Business Outlook
Pros
Positive vibe, happy people, decent pay, and good benefits. I genuinely enjoyed my time at this company and still maintain friendships with many of my ex-coworkers.
Cons
Questionable management decisions (at the time I was working there). For example, when I started, everyone had a laptop. But they decided to phase laptops out in favor of old-school desktop PCs. Being tethered to the office goes against their values of work/life balance. Hopefully this has changed.
